Features
Everything a small support team needs. No per-resolution fees.
MyGorilla takes the parts of Zendesk-style help desk software that teams actually use every day and ships all of them in one web service desk. Email ticketing is on every plan; the help center, reports, phone and website chat are on Pro.
Email in, tickets out
Your existing support mailbox is the only integration you need.
Gmail and Microsoft 365 sync
Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com with OAuth. New mail is picked up every minute.
Threading that holds up
Replies are matched by email headers, a ticket number in the subject, and the provider's conversation id, so follow-ups land on the right ticket even when a mail client drops headers.
Replies from your address
Public replies are sent through the connected mailbox with proper threading, so customers see one normal conversation from [email protected].
Attachments without the storage bill
Attachments stay in your mailbox. MyGorilla lists them on the ticket and streams them on demand; nothing is copied to our servers.
Internal notes
Discuss a ticket with teammates in private notes that are never emailed to the customer.
Loop and bounce protection
Auto-replies, bounces and duplicate deliveries are detected and skipped, so a vacation responder never fills your queue.
Work the queue together
The views and controls agents expect, without a setup project.
Assignments and roles
Assign tickets, take unassigned ones with one click, and manage agents and admins from a team page.
Status, priority, type, tags
New, open, pending, on hold, solved and closed, with urgent-to-low priority and free-form tags. Submit a reply and set the status in one action.
Saved views and search
Unassigned, yours, all unsolved, pending, recently updated and recently solved, plus search by subject, requester, company or ticket number.
Macros
Canned responses that insert with one click and can set the ticket status at the same time. Shared across the workspace.
Companies by email domain
Add a company with its primary and secondary domains and everyone who writes from those domains is grouped under it, with default priority, tags and assignee for their new tickets.
Customer records
Every requester gets a profile with their tickets, company, phone and notes, created automatically from inbound email.
Bring your own AI
MyGorilla is an MCP server. Connect the assistant you already pay for and let it work the queue with you: there is no AI add-on and no per-resolution fee.
Works with Claude and ChatGPT
Add MyGorilla as a connector in Claude.ai or ChatGPT, sign in once, and ask it to summarize a ticket, draft a reply or find every open ticket from a company.
Claude Code, Cursor and any MCP client
Point a developer tool at the MCP endpoint with an API key and it gets the same tools, acting as the agent who owns the key.
The whole help desk, as tools
List and search tickets, read full conversations, reply or note internally, change status, priority, assignee and tags, merge duplicates, open tickets, look up customers, companies and macros, and read, write and publish help center articles.
REST API with an OpenAPI spec
Everything the tools do is also plain HTTPS and JSON, documented in OpenAPI, so GPT Actions, Zapier-style tools and your own scripts can use it.
Keys you control
Create and revoke API keys per agent under Settings → API. Every action an assistant takes is recorded in the ticket history under that agent's name.
Included on every plan
The MCP server and API are part of Free, Team and Pro. You pay for agents; your AI provider bills you for the model, and we never add a markup.
Simple to run
Designed to be set up by the person who will use it.
- 1
Sign in with Google or email
Create a workspace in under a minute. Invite teammates when you are ready; one agent is free.
- 2
Connect a mailbox
Authorize your support inbox with your provider. We never see your password and you can revoke access at any time.
- 3
Pay $15 an agent when you grow
Team is $15 per agent per month ($12 annually); Pro adds the help center and reports. Billing follows the member count automatically, and coupons, invoices and cancellation live on one billing page.
See it with your own inbox.
It takes about ten minutes from sign-up to your first ticket.
